The trend toward modern design in nursery decoration has produced plenty of expensive furnishings. But now modernist babies with almost any budget can enjoy well-designed bedrooms.

Cost is always a consideration and bumpers run the gamut. I’ve seen some at Target for as little as $19.99 and on the high end for Baby Lulu, Belinda Barton or custom over $150.

The headboard section of the bumper is separate from the long skinny bumper. It features Classic (naked) Pooh reading an ABC storybook to Piglet who is lying in the grass.

As with everything concerning a baby, there are always going to be personal preferences.
